Service Restoration

Why don’t you use this website for it’s stated purpose? For example, why is the clock on the DVR and the online channel guide not working? Why are more than half the channels either experiencing dropouts or not working at all? And when will this be remedied. I appreciate the enormous task ahead of you in restoring all services. I’m only asking to be informed of the extent of the problems, the anticipated timetable and assurance that you know about the problems we are still experiencing. Thank you.
