Important Customer Information

If you have moved or relocated to a new residence, DO NOT plug in your eMTA cable modem or box from your previous residence at your new property. This will cause confusion to the network and to the 911 system once service is re-established. The box is loaded with information tying you to your original address and could cause confusion in tracking your location in an emergency.  If your box was damaged during the storm, you do not need to return the damaged equipment or trade it in at a business office. A Viya installer will provide you with a new, working box when they re-install your service. If you have relocated please contact customer service at 777-VIYA (8492) to update your address.
