What kind of changes can I expect?
Viya is so much more than just a name! We are renovating our Business offices in St. Thomas and St. Croix to better serve our customers. These exciting new centers will open to the public in April. In the coming months our customers can also look forward to a number of new products, price and service improvements, including a brand new 4GLTE network.
Will my price increase?
Your pricing and packaging will remain the same. We will notify you of any future changes to your products, services or pricing.
How do I pay my bill?
- Innovative Customers
To make the transition as smooth as possible you can continue to process payments by mail, phone, retail store, online or automated as you have in the past. Your bill will continue to be sent to you in the same manner, however please look out for the new company name on the bill statement beginning in June 2017. Cash payments can be made at any local banks.
- Choice Wireless Customers
To make the transition as smooth as possible you can continue to process payments as you have in the past. Choice Wireless payments can be made at any Innovative Wireless or Choice Wireless retail location or online. Your bill will continue to be sent to you in the same manner, however please look out for the new company name on your bill statement beginning in June 2017.
Can I continue to manage my account online?
Yes! You can continue to use the same website and sign-in information as you have in the past. Both www.innovative.vi and www.choice-wireless.com pages will be set to redirect seamlessly to the Viya website (viya.vi). The Viya website will host a ‘MY VIYA’ tab on the home page which will give customers access to either their ‘formerly Choice Wireless’ or ‘formerly Innovative’ account.
What should I do if I am a Choice Wireless internet customer?
All Choice Wireless Internet customers should already be converted or in the process of converting their Internet to the Viya hard-wired Internet service. We will be shutting down the old Choice Wireless Internet network so the migration to the Viya reliable fiber network is mandatory.
Whom do I call for support?
We have a new, easy to remember, company telephone number 340-777-VIYA. However all of the existing numbers will continue to work. You may continue to call the numbers you have used in the past, which will also be included on your monthly billing statement. For your convenience, we have listed the main numbers below:

As a Choice Wireless customer, can I bundle my service with other Innovative services (Cable, Internet and/or landline phone)?
Not at this time. We have not yet fully integrated the Choice Wireless and Innovative Wireless networks but big changes are scheduled for this fall. Under a new company name, we will soon be migrating all Choice Wireless and Innovative Wireless customers to a brand new 4G LTE network. With the launch of this advanced new network will be the ability to bundle your Wireless service with Internet, Cable TV and/ or landline phone for combined savings.
