No Service

Hi My home has been without internet from since the hurricane and I would like an update on when I can except it to be restored. I’ve been calling spoke to someone at this number 340-778-1742 set up something for the 9/13 no one came. Called back system was down called back later spoke to someone but didn’t get a date. But I’m still getting charged for something I’m unable to use and can’t get a clear answer on when I can anticipate someone. The number I called in the states didn’t even asked for my name or number twice each time I spoke to a rep
